Ignorance and disrespect and terrible customer service, extremely unsatisfied with the lack of support you give to your customers. the inconsistency of lies and untruthful explanations we as customers DO NOT DESERVE. you guys that work to help Optus customers should all go back to pre school. You are all just as bad as each other.
Why even bother with Optus anymore wouldn't mind trying another carrier.
