- Rosie Francis Added November 25, 2019★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Was served by a very surly assistant manager who appeared preoccupied cleaning jewelry/doing something clearly more important than helping a customer (go figure). I asked some simple questions about studs and hoops and the only helpful information I received from her was that the earrings I ended up purchasing were not included in the sale. I tested the holding power of the backs of a pair of studs and told her that I had issues with losing the backs of my earrings (hoping she might be able to suggest a pair or two with stronger backs) but she just stood there and said nothing. I expected far better service (i.e. better than no service, which is what I received) from someone in her position. A disappointing experience to say the least.
