  Worst so called 'doctor' i have ever seen - and i have seen enough of them. They dont listen, all they do is go down a check list. No evidence based responses here. Unneeded procedures and caviler actions rule the day.
  
  If you suffer from anything outside the normal (we are going to a pain clinic, so if it was an easy fix, it would have been fixed) they offer no interest or solutions. Having to repeat every thing you told them the previous visit tells you enough.
  
  Angela Chia is the first 'doctor' I have ever seen who leaves the door of her office open all the time, so you have to listen to reception answering calls whilst trying to explain your issues. So much for medical confidentiality. Pathetic.
  
  Avoid. Go somewhere else, anywhere else and you will be better off.

  Don't waste your time or money. You will be generalised and not treated like an individual unique human being, with your own life pain that is very different to the rest of the planet's population. You will be treated with contempt, you will go unheard, you are just a sheep with a credit card. NEVER AGAIN!!! I have wasted so much time at the expense of my horrific back pain to travel over an hour each way to be go untreated and unheard. An absolutely disgusting unfunny joke!!!

  Would have to be the most disappointing Doctors appointment I have ever had.
  I spent one hour & $220 for them to repeat everything I had already been told previously by another doctors these people were my last resort in what has been a battle with conic back pain for a long time.
  Filled out the questionnaire they give you not sure what the point of that was I don't even think they looked at it. Prescribed me more drugs to get off the ones I was on told me to make appointments with a physio & psychologist & they would look at an operation in a few months time no follow up appointment.
  I walked out of their feeling far less positive that when I walked in to me I got the feeling that if you are a workcover or TAC patient you would be well looked after but a a normal patient facing the reality of paying for your own medical needs I really don't think they want to give you the time of day. Like I said very disappointing

  Mr Chandler has said twice there’s nothing he can do, wouldn’t even look at changing my medications. Drs McCoy and Vagg are the ones to see if you can. GEELONG based. I opted to see a pain specialist in Melbourne, Dr Jensen then Precision,where they have successfully treated me with radio frequency denervations. I’m a work cover patient, no different treatment.
  
  Historically I’ve been through an intensive pain management program, use meditation and have to take strong pain killers to get through each day. Sometimes I think death preferable to having to live like this, then I look at my family. I wish these Drs could spend a month dealing with what we do.
