  This review is posted after waiting 6 days for a resolution to this problem with no response given from Nick Scali.
  We purchased a lounge suite and are very happy with it.
  However we also purchased a fabric care kit and were not given all the information about the product. On reading the instructions on the can of spray we discovered the product had to be re applied every 12 months adding a significant cost to an already expensive product.
  We have not used any of this product and it is still in the same box and condition we received it in.
  As we were not given all the information at purchase time we requested a refund and as stated this matter has been ignored.
  Be careful all. Make sure the sales person gives you all the information before purchasing this product.
  Very poor communication from Nick Scali in this matter.
  The one star is the lowest I can give
