Turned up and was met with a disgruntled hairdresser demanding to know what we were doing there. Mentioned it was for our appointment and she was adamant that I was in the wrong salon. When I mentioned that I had called that particular salon and was given an appointment she made us feel like we had done the wrong thing and stated that I hadn’t spoken with her as she doesn’t even answer the phone (that’s nice!). After a call to someone she told me my appointment was at Torquay! So apparently I had called Belmont to make the appointment but was booked in at Torquay. So disorganised. The hairdresser at the salon was rude. No apology given. DON’T BOTHER!
