Lady was incredibly rude and instantly directed me to phone the homewares store stating they didnt stock any of that item when in fact I have been into the Waurn Ponds shopping centre Adairs and bought homewares before. She ended the phone call abruptly acting as if I was stupid for calling. You must hate your job to be able to speak to people in this way.
