  We went into Snooze Waurn Ponds looking for a particular bed frame that wasn't on display. We spoke to Holly who contacted every store in Victoria to see where we could see the bed in person. Holly was awesome and promptly contacted me with the info the same day. Ta!

  A simple request to get someone down to check a faulty bedhead turned into an 8 month saga. My partner and I had to chase them up every 2-3 weeks.
  
  We called in multiple times. Went into the store 3-4 times. Every time we called or went in we were promised a resolution that week or the next. They eventually asked us to send photos and a video in, which we did. Another month goes by and still nothing.
  
  They were supposed to get someone out to check the bed, which we recently found out that they were not even notified. Eventually, after about 8 months of trying, we had someone from the manufacturer come out and agreed it wasn't right.
  
  Snooze only offered to replace it with the same bed, which we did not want to do as we didn't want the same issue. No compensation offered, no offer to replace with a different bed.

  UPDATE: After my review, I was contacted by snooze and offered delivery for the next day. (Note: I originally mentioned the 2.5 month delay on the phone and ask if delivery could be brought forward, but at the time I was told there was no way it could be delivered sooner).
  Overall, pleased that this was resolved.
  
  I am beyond disappointed with the service from Snooze. My order was delayed by two and a half months. No communication about the delay. No estimate when I rang to enquire.
  No offer to deliver the items from the order that had arrived and sat in the warehouse for 2 months.
  Finally got a call to let me know my order has arrived, and now have to wait another week for delivery.
  Very poor customer service all around.

  I called up looking for a mattress base & rang a few places to find these guys were the cheapest. The mattress base was ordered & picked up without any problems. Thanks guys.

  The customer service we received was the best we have ever experienced. Emma was amicable, knowledgeable and obliging - nothing was too much trouble. What a wonderful asset she is to your company. We are really pleased with our purchases.
